There were so many subtle elements in the emails that Nikki wrote for our (monster) activation sequence. For example, every team member got a unique sign off. It was fun, but it was also clever, because it illustrated the goal of the sequence for the user. In fact, that’s how I’d sum up Nikki’s style: fun, but first and foremost, strategic.
